Campur/kocok dengan whisk kuning telor,minyak sayur & pasta pandan secara berselang-seling dengan tepung terigu,,aduk rata sampai tidak ada yang menggumpal,,sisihkan.

Mixer putih telor hingga berbuih lalu masukkan COT & gula pasir secara bertahap hingga mencapai firm peak.

Campur 1/3 bagian putih telor ke dalam adonan kuning telor,,,aduk rata menggunakan spatula dengan metode aduk balik lalu tuangkan seluruh sisa adonan putih telor ke dalam adonan tadi.

Setelah merata tuangkan adonan ke dalam loyang Chiffon cake uk.18cm (me: uk.26cm).

Panggang dengan suhu 160°© selama kurleb 40 menit (me: 180°©),,,sesuaikan oven masing2 ya,,ini hasilnya ketika sdh masak,,,jika sudah matang segera keluarkan dari oven dan langsung balikkan cake bisa di coolingrack/di ujung botol,,balik sampai benar2 dingin sesuaikan aja 🙏,,,di balik kira2 2 jam(saya gak sabar jadi belum benar2 dingin sdh saya potong😂🤭).
