Cara Mebuat Chiffon Pandan (cupcakes)




  1. Panaskan minyak, skitar 2 menit saja, kemudian tuang santan dan pasta pandan, aduk rata dg wisk..



  2. Lanjut masukkan kuning telur, aduk kembali sampai rata, lalu masukkan tepung (diayak terlebih dahulu), aduk rata, sisihkan..



  3. Panaskan oven terlebih dahulu, suhu 160⁰, api atas bawah 15 menit.



  4. Mixer putih telur sampe sedikit berbusa, kemudian tambakan air jeruk nipis, lalu tambahkan gula pasir bertahap, mixer sampe mengembang dan kaku..



  5. Kemudian campurkan adonan B ke dlm adonan A, aduk pelan sampe tercampur rata. Lalu tuang ke dalam cup setinggi 3/4 cup saja..



  6. Panggang api kecil 140⁰ api atas bawah selama 60 menit, kemudian lanjut ditambah 10 menit api atas sampe kecoklatan..
