Langkah-langkah Pembuatan Pandan chiffon cake




  1. Panaskan oven 160 derajat kemudian Bahan A : kocok kuning telur sampaj memucat…



  2. Kemudian masukkan santan, minyak, pasta pandan.. aduk rata kemudian masukkan tepung terigu aduk rata sampai licin.



  3. Bahan B : mixer putih telur, cream of tar tar dan garam sampai berbusa.. masukkan gula bertahap sampai terus dimixer hingga mengembang.



  4. Masukkan adonan b ke adonan A sambil diaduk lipat memakai spatula sampai rata dan homogen.



  5. Tuang ke loyan chiffon 22 cm tanpa dioles apapun.. kemudian panggang 60 menit atau sampai matang…



  6. Tangkupkan loyang ke bawah sampai suhu ruang, baru boleh dikeluarkan dan dipotong.
