Campurkan santan dan pasta pandan, aduk rata.

Di baskom terpisah, campurkan kuning telur, gula palm dan garam. Mixer sampai pucat.

Masukkan minyak goreng. Kemudian masukkan pasta pandan dan tepung secara bergantian, kocok dg speed rendah. Sisihkan.

Dalam baskom terpisah, mixer putih telur sampai berbusa dg speed rendah, masukkan gula sedikit demi sedikit dan naikkan speed mixer. Masukkan air jeruk, Kocok sampai soft peak. Pastikan baskom bebas dr lemak dan minyak..

Masukkan kocokan putih ke dlm adonan pandan dalam 3 tahap. Aduk lipat dg spatulla sampai merata.

Tuang ke dlm cetakan chiffon diameter 20cm. Cetakan tdk perlu dioles apapun. Hentakkam agar gelembungnya keluar. Oven dg suhu 135c selama 20 mnt.

Setelah 20 mnt garis atasnya dg pisau, lalu oven lagi selama kurleb 60 mnt atau sampai matang. Jangan banyak dibuka tutup ovennya.
