    1. \n\t\t\tCampur daging sapi dan shiitake mushrooms dalam mangkok, masukkan bawang putih cincang, gula, kaldu jamur, ground black pepper, soy sauce dan sesame oil, campur rata, tutup pakai plastic wrap, simpan dikulkas min 10 menit.

    2. \n\t\t\tBuat jidan (dadar kuning) : siapkan wajan, hidupkan api, tuang minyak, ratakan agar minyak rata dipermukaan wajan, lalu lap pakai tisu permukaan wajan (sisa minyak tipis diwajan) matikan api, tuang dadar telur, tipiskan dgn cara miringkan kekanan dan kekiri wajannya, diamkan kira2 selama 1 mnt, lalu balik dadar telur, diamkan lagi 1 menit, angkat, stlh dingin, gulung telur lalu dipotong tipis2..
