    4. \n\t\t\tKocok bahan C. Ketika putih telur mulai berbusa masukkan cuka, kocok hingga berbusa, masukkan gula bertahap ya jangan langsung dimasukkan semuanya. Kira2 itu 3-4 tahap, hingga membentuk stiff peak (kalau mikser diangkat dia meruncing).
