    1. \n\t\t\tMasukan semua bahan A ke dalam wadah besar, aduk lembur semua bahan A dengan ballon whisk sampai tercampur rata.

    3. \n\t\t\tMixer putih telur, pada saat berbusa masukan cream of tartar, lanjut mixer sampai berbusa kembali lalu masukan gula dalam 3 tahap, mixer terus sampai stiff peak \/ kaku, pas mixer di angkat adonan putih telurnya kaku runcing keatas, dan pada saat di balik adonan putih telur tidak tumpah (jangan overmix).

    4. \n\t\t\tAmbil 1\/3 adonan putih telur, campur ke dalam adonan pasta yang tadi kita sisihkan, aduk dengan teknik folding \/ aduk lipat sampai rata, jangan mengaduk berlebihan, ulangi sampai 3 tahap sampai adonan putih telur tercampur rata bersama dengan adonan pasta.
