    1. \n\t\t\tSiapkan semua bahan: kupas kulit labu siam, potong korek api, udang sdh dibersihkan potong bbrp bagian, bawang merah yg sdh diiris tipis, bawang putih yg sdh digeprek..

    2. \n\t\t\tPanaskan minyak goreng sekitar 2 atau 3 sdm utk menumis, begitu minyak panas masukkan bawang putih sambil trs diaduk\/gongseng, bawang putih agak coklat masukkan bawang merah, bawang merah agak coklat masukkan udang, begitu udang mulai matang sktr 1mnt-an masukkan labu siam..
